The Maverick is Tactile Knife Co.'s first crossbar lock knife. Designed in collaboration with Richard Rogers and built in house at Tactile Texas.
Sporting a 3.5" Magnacut blade with a hardness of 63-64HRC, washer pivot and crossbar lock mechanism - the Maverick is just that. A slightly unorthodox take on the modern pocket knife - a clean and simple design (Thanks Richard!), thin blade stock running on custom washers to make the action silky smooth yet functional in dirty environments.
Long story short, the Maverick might look like "just another crossbar lock knife" but Tactile put in countless hours of painstaking attention to every detail like incorporating Richard's signature tri-lobe into our design language while maintaining his clean, simple aesthetic.
